Oesophagus Cancer
LF, female, aged 75 years was suffering for 3 months with mild difficulty in swallowing food, when she came to us for his treatment on 13th of February 2013.
Barium swallow X-ray dated 21st of December 2012, showed '... Irregular filling defect at C2 and C3 vertebral level...'.
Endoscopic Biopsy dated 4th of January 2013, showed '…moderately differentiated infiltrating Squamous Cell Carcinoma…'.
After undergoing treatment from us with the medicine symptoms are gone within 2 months. Patient still taking our medicines.
Post treatment barium swallow X-ray of oesophagus dated 25th of November 2015 showed '…oesophagus is normal. In comparison with the previous study dated 21st December 2012, no significant filling defect is seen at present in C2 – C3 level… '.

Patient Information
Mr. S D, male, aged 75 years was suffering for 2 months with difficulty in swallowing food, heartburn and belching, when he came to us for his treatment on 16th of December 1996.
Clinically the patient presented with dysphagia, heartburn and belching.
Barium swallow X-ray reports
Endoscopy done on 29th of November 1996 showed "…GE junction at 40cm. At 18 cm. is a growth extending upto 22cm. causing luminal narrowing".
Biopsy dated 6th of December 1996, "…section shows moderately differentiated Squamous Cell Carcinoma".
After undergoing treatment from us with the medicine Condurango 30c 2 drops twice daily, the patients symptoms are gone within 2 months.
Now the patient is feeling much better. He is keeping good health and does not complain of dysphagia any more
Post treatment barium swallow X-ray of oesophagus dated 12th of July 1997 showed-"… there is considerable improvement in the patency of the oesophagus".

Patient Information
Mrs. CK, 75 years old, was suffering for 3 months when she visited the clinic on 7 September 1995.
She had a past history of Gastrostomy done on 21.08.1995 for feeding and her chief complaints were difficulty in eating and return of food and drink in attempting to swallow.
The initial observations were severe dysphagia. Food pipe fitted gastrostomy was in-situ. Barium Swallow of oesophagus done on 19.08.1995 (patient was too sick to stand and swallow Barium at the time of X–ray) showed "gross filling defect at mid and lower 1/3rd of oesophagus with complete obstruction at lower 1/3rd – Malignant Neoplasm."

Biopsy done on 28.08.1995 showed, "…features suggestive of Squamous Cell Carcinoma." The TNM classification of tumour was T (About 7-8 cm long) N0M0 Stage III.>

The post treatment observation after repeat Barium Swallow of oesophagus dated 12.10.1995 was "…shows contrast media is passing freely through oesophagus..." Patient is keeping all right and leading normal life. Gastrostomy tube taken out after 12.10.1995. She had no complications during treatment.

It is concluded that the patient had carcinoma oesophagus, her subsequent plates showed a complete remission of her growth.
