The Prasanta Banerji Homeopathic Research Foundation (PBHRF) was set up in 1993 with the aim to include Homeopathy as a scientific and effective mode of Alternative Medicine.This Foundation offers comprehensive health care as well as scientific establishment to bring Homeopathy to its rightful position as the medicine of the masses.

In the research foundation the main research activity consists of data recording of the treatment of all cases of various types of cancer and other life threatening diseases such as renal failures, multiple sclerosis etc. treated at the clinics of the research foundation using The Banerji Protocols of treatment utilizing homeopathic medicines. At present our patient database has more than 20,000 cases inputted with over a half a million visits recorded. This data is the epicenter of the PBHRF and makes us attractive for research to premiere institutions throughout the world. This is an ongoing research initiative that has been on since 2002.

The research foundation also finances pathological tests for the aid of underprivileged patients, and also for the sake of accuracy in their treatment.

International Collaborative Research Consortium

The Banerji Protocols International Collaborative Research Consortium was formed in May 2012 at an international symposium on the Banerji Protocols hosted by the Open Health Systems Laboratory. The participants in the Consortium recognize the global health implications of the Banerji Protocols, which are simple and efficient to apply even in rural settings by primary care doctors, and which have shown great promise for effective treatment of many health problems for which conventional Western medicine has no cure.

The New Book

Dr. Prasanta Banerji, along with his son Dr. Pratip Banerji, has finally co-authored a book on 'Banerji Protocols' - a different approach to Homeopathic treatment, practised and formulated by the father-son duo for over 50 years.

Cancer Treatment with The Banerji Protocols

The path breaking system of treatment using alternative medicine, known as the 'Banerji Protocols Of Treatment' is an unique system of Homeopathy treatment. Pioneered by Dr. Prasanta Banerji and Dr. Pratip Banerji of the Prasanta Banerji Homeopathic Research Foundation, Kolkata, India (PBHRF), this approach is something different from Classical Homeopathy. Using the latest technologies for diagnosing diseases, the doctors have been able to prescribe specific medicines for specific diseases.

Teaching Seminar at Netherlands, November 2012

Dr. Prasanta Banerji and Dr. Pratip Banerji attended a congress 'The Banerji Protocols in the treatment of cancer and the cancer patients', organised by Stichting Hahnemann Homeopathie, Netherlands on the 2nd and 3rd of November and subsequently on the 5th and 6th of November, 2012.

Seminar at Canada, October 2012

Canadian Homeopathic Conference Toronto, Ontario, Canada, invited Dr. Prasanta Banerji and Dr. Pratip Banerji as speakers, from 12^th to the 14^th of October 2012, at a seminar entitled, 'The Banerji Protocols: The Regression of Malignant Tumours by a Non-invasive and Non-toxic Oral Medical Approach', in session 1 and 'Immunotherapy with Banerji Protocols' in session 2 of 2 hours each.

Workshop at USA, October 2012

The doctors participated on behalf of The National Cancer Institute (NCI), in a workshop organized by The Office of Cancer Complementary and Alternative Medicine (OCCAM) on the Best Case Series Program (BCS) at the 9^th International Conference of the Society of Integrative Oncology (SIO) at Albuquerque, New Mexico, USA on the 8^th and 9^th of October 2012.

Teaching Seminars at Italy, October 2012

Dr. Prasanta Banerji and Dr. Pratip Banerji attended a couple of teaching seminars in Italy. The seminars were organised in Milan at the 'Istituto Italiano dei Tumori' on October 18th and later, a 3 day seminar was organised on 'Clinical results in tumours and other pathologies' in Trieste on October 19th, 20th and 21st, 2012 under the auspices of AMeC – Associazione Medicina e Complessità (www.amec.eu).
